    While the remedies are good but still prevention is best. It is cause and effect. Avoid the causes like unnatural and unhealthy foods. Instead eat alkaline foods to reduce the chances of getting acne. Avoid stress and get enough sleep too.

    I agree with Alkaline Foods. Fried foods, chocolates, and oily foods can cause this problems to arise. It is better to avoid them.
